Rumah Santri Kreatif Asy-Syifa’ berada di bawah Kepengurusan Yayasan Perguruan Islam Nur Al-Syifa’ Jakarta yang tercatat dalam akte Notaris Susi Susanty, SH pada tanggal 24 April 2014 dengan AHU No : 00981.51.10.2014 dan telah didaftarkan di Kementrian Hukum dan HAM pada tanggal 30 April 2014 dengan No: 5014043031100720.

Adapun Badan Pengurus yang diberikan amanah adalah sebagai berikut:

1. Pembina dan Pengasuh : Abu Azzam Asy-Syarif, S.Ag, MA

2. Ketua yayasan : Yeni Suherman, SPdi

3. Wakil Ketua dan penanggung jawab Rumah Santri: Heppy Suryanto, SAg
